• FinansVarlik was established on 18 October 2005.
• The paid up capital is 39.212.562 TL.
• 51% of paid up capital belongs to the FIBA Holding, %49 of paid up capital belongs to the FIBA Factoring.
• The company name changed as Girisim Varlik Yonetimi A.S. in 2007.
